The Wave Collection investigates the relationship between a contemporary design language and an old-fashioned material choice and finish, namely high gloss mahogany.

The Wave form language follows wide and strict profiles that are broken up by a soft wavy seat. 
Originally designed as a stool and later extended as a bench with three seats. The series intends to revive materials and surface treatments associated with Victorian age interiors.

Both stool and bench are made using FSC certified Sipo Mahogany. The surface has been lacquered with a new oil based high gloss lacquer based on a 1930’s recipe, developed by Linolie & Pigment in Denmark and lacquered by hand.
